Choose a customer
Proven Praise suggests customers who already gave you a testimonial, five stars first. Or enter any name and email.
They answer in the browser
The customer gets one email with a personal link. They answer one question on each screen. They type, or they talk and edit the text.
AI asks for the missing detail
When an answer has no number, no before and after, or no named result, AI asks one short follow-up question. The customer can skip it.
You get a draft to edit
AI writes a title, a summary, the challenge, the solution, the results and 2 to 4 pull quotes. You edit it, approve it, and copy it as Markdown or HTML.
Easy for the customer
- Your answers save as you type. The customer can stop and continue later with the same link.
- "Speak to type" works on iPhone and Android. We keep the original recording, and the customer can edit the text.
- You can send one reminder after a number of days with no answers. You choose the number of days, or no reminder.
- Your inbox shows each invite: sent, in progress (for example 3 of 6 answered), completed or reminder sent. You can resend, nudge or revoke.

Our rule for AI
AI writes the story as your business. It never puts words in your customer's mouth.
Each pull quote must be an exact part of an answer. Software checks this and removes a quote that fails. When you edit the draft, text in quotation marks must still match the customer's words.
Proof that they paid
When you invite a customer from Stripe, the interview shows the Verified customer mark. It tells your team that the story comes from a real, paying customer.
Questions
- Does the AI change what the customer said?
- No. Every pull quote is an exact part of an answer. Software checks each quote before you see it, and it removes a quote that does not match.
- Who writes the case study?
- AI writes the first draft as your business, not as the customer. You edit the draft. Text in quotation marks must stay the customer's exact words.
- What does "Verified customer" mean here?
- The invite went to a customer who paid you through Stripe, at the email on that payment. Other invites do not show the mark.
- Does the customer need an account?
- No. The customer opens the link in the email. There is no app and no sign-up.
- Which plans include interviews?
- Starter, Pro and the founding lifetime plan. The free plan does not include interviews.
